Good CloudSync
Mobile Device Management, Help Desk & Security
Good CloudSync allows you to easily manage, support, and secure your mobile devices anywhere in the world through a convenient web-based mobile device management system. Good CloudSync supports Microsoft Windows mobile devices, including ruggedized mobile devices from Symbol, Motorola, PSC, HandHeld Products, and Intermec, as well as compact smartphones from the world's leading manufacturers, including RIM.
Device Manager
Device Manager ensures you can keep your mobile devices up-to-date and healthy. It is the core Good CloudSync module that provides key capabilities including remote provisioning of applications and files, version control, performance reporting, alerts, and much more.
Remote Help Desk
Support your mobile users in the field with CloudSync Remote Help Desk (RHD), a web-based solution that providesh help desk operators with more tools and features than available on devices.
CloudControl
CloudControl ensures your users can only access the programs and files for which you've given them privileges. In addition, you can use it to prohibit the installation of non-approved applications and to secure the device if it is lost or stolen.
CloudLocate
CloudLocate GPS provides an eye-in-the-sky view of all your mobile devices on a Google Map. You invoke the CloudLocate GPS map console at the push of a button from within CloudSync. Like CloudSync, it's accessible from any browser, so mobile device administrators and help desk personnel anywhere in the world can view and locate all your devices.
Good CloudSync Secure Architecture
Encryption - Data is encrypted with up to 256-bit AES military-grade encryption.
Firewalls - The CloudSync server is protected by firewall as well as 24x7 monitoring by our managed service provider to ensure maximum uptime and security.
User Authentication - The CloudSync system supports three user roles that can restrict access to the management console and its features.
Device Authentication - All mobile devices must authenticate with the server before they can receive files or packages. Conversely, the device has capability to require basic authentication and IP blocking before it allows a Remote Help Desk (RHD) session, too.
Web Standards - All data is transmitted by standard web protocols using HTTP(S) over ports 80/443.
Network Agnostic - The CloudSync solution will work equally well over Cellular, Wifi, or Batch environments as long as the device has internet capability to reach the CloudSync server. |
