Our Value-IT methodology comprises 4 distinct stages, which each incorporate individual service offerings.

  • Check-IT
Stage 1 of the solution lifecycle management process is Check-IT, where we discover the performance and needs of your IT Security environment.  This helps us to determine whether or not there are any areas of security vulnerability, potential cost savings or regulatory risks inherent in your IT infrastructure.
  • Prove-IT

Stage 2 is executed having determined the NEED for an improvement in Check-IT, we deliver Prove-IT, where the initial discovery stage is expanded into a clear 4 stage methodology that defines clearly the fiscal, regulatory and ROI value of delivering a solution - or leaving things the way they are.

  • Deliver-IT
Stage 3 is where we deliver the more traditional services that you would recognise, including site surveys, installation, consulting, project management and optimisation.
 
  • Support-IT
This is where the life-cycle of the solution really starts.  The solution by this stage will have been proved and delivered - it now needs to work and be supported on a daily basis.  Support-IT covers the training of your staff and the external support services offered by KL Ltd and our vendor partners.
