Deutsche Rugby Verband (DRV)
Germany's national XV and VIIs rugby teams. KL was engaged to provide support for the coaches, players and leadership in the areas of individual mental excellence, team cohesiveness and alignment, and the development of leaders. Our founder, Kieran, was subsequently appointed as one of the senior coaches for German Rugby, working directly for the Head Coach and the Board of German Rugby, providing ongoing support for the national teams, around the globe in international tournaments and fixtures.
Lombard Risk Management plc
Engaged by the Board to re-define the vision and strategy of this AIM-listed financial services software vendor. KL provided a senior executive to lead global sales and marketing, resulting in organisational and process change, 48% increase in orders, re-branding of the company and the appointment of several senior executives world-wide. Expansion of operations was analysed and selectively executed in several regions, including India, Japan, Singapore and across the European continent.
Hitachi Data Systems
KL's consultants were engaged to develop a 3 year business plan for HDS. Analysis and planning spanned both direct and channel models, providing an integrated revenue and business plan that incorporated sales, marketing, technical pre-sales, service delivery and finance. Working as part of HDS' leadership team for almost a year, KL delivered a RAD-based business plan, which drove organisational and process change, and ultimately growth in both revenues and profits.
A global SaaS vendor, founded and head-quartered in Bangalore, Capillary needed to start-up its European sales and delivery capability. KL was engaged to provide long-term interim leadership to set-up the European business, establish the market and win new clients. We successfully created recurring SaaS revenue of nearly £2m per annum with multiple High St brands, whilst establishing European headquarters in London, and building a high-performance team of sales, marketing, service, finance and HR.
Capita IT Services
An initial engagement to consolidate and streamline mutliple commission and bonus plans for Capita's sales organisation, leading to an extended engagement to re-organise and align the whole front-office function. Capita's diverse and complex IT services business is now aligned to optimise both the client's needs and potential, as well as Capita's resources and capabilities.
